• With the colder weather comes longer nights so adding some extra lamps and outdoor lights can brighten up the house.
• Be proactive with your heating systems and boiler. Before the cold weather gets worst, check that everything is working properly.  You want a potential buyer viewing the property without any heating system problem.
• Maintaining your landscape is a plus, curb appeal is especially important.   Gardens should be attended too, the grass should be mowed, and the leaves should be placed in the compost.
• Taking photos in the Winter, Spring and Summer can help buyers see what the house looks like in any season. Those photos are also beneficial for marketing.
